The John Walker Band annual charity concert at Wellington Arts Centre is once again supporting SURE (Somerset Unit for Radio Therapy Equipment).

The theme for this year’s show is the Rock and Roll years – and this year the band is pleased to have the drumming skills of Geoff Cross.

The show features more than 40 songs from the rock and roll years, from the late 1950s to the very early 1960s.

The band is made up of John Walker (vocals), Tony Woollard (lead guitar), Andy Bearne (rhythm guitar), David White (keyboard/flute), Kevin Coughlin (bass guitar) and Geoff Cross (drums).

The Rock and Roll years is being performed on Saturday, July 27, with a matinee at 2.30pm and an evening show at 7.30pm. Tickets are available on 01823 667112 or on the door.
