The Co-op in Fore Street, Wellington, was targeted in a ram raid in the early hours of this morning (Thursday).

The incident was reported to police from The Iron Duke pub, opposite the supermarket, at 1.11am.

The cash machine in the Co-op seems to have been the target but nothing was taken from the store.
