CHRISTMAS cards featuring Wellington Monument are now going on sale to benefit the monument restoration fund.
The cards were created from a mural on the side of a shed in the garden of John McCarten in Willcocks Close, Wellington, as reported in the WWN.
The mural was painted by Rosie Caley, daughter of Martin Caley of MSC Electrical at Riverside in the town.
The cards are for sale at Wellington Newsagents, Nurtured by Nature, Every Inch Beautiful, The Pepperpot, Odette’s Tea Rooms and the Brazier coffee shop in Wellington.
Emma Jones, National Trust community fundraiser and engagement officer (Wellington Monument), is pictured holding the card.
