POLICE are making house-to-house enquiries after vandals went on the rampage tearing out flower displays along High Street, Wellington at the weekend.

Yobs trashed nine flower boxes and threw uprooted flowers along the pavement and into St John's Primary School playground in a spree that took place sometime during Saturday night and the early hours of Sunday morning.
