A WELLINGTON School student has competed in a national competition in her native Hong Kong and broken records.
Jasmine Farrer in Year 10 represented Hong Kong at the All China National Finswimming Competition in Nanning, China.
She was the Hong Kong representative at the opening ceremony wearing the team’s light blue blazer.
Jasmine swam in several individual and team events, winning two golds, one silver and two bronze medals.
National coach David Ng said she also broke the Hong Kong record for 50m surface monofin swimming.
