NOW Wellington CC’s winter coaching sessions for youth are well underway it is the turn of the senior section to get ready for the 2017 outdoor season with the commencement, on Wednesday, February 15, from 7.30pm – 9.00pm at Court Fields School’s Sports Hall, of their indoor practice programme writes David Derrick.

Sessions will commence on the given date and will run through up to and including Wednesday, April 5, allowing for two weeks in March when the school is unavailable due to exam activity using the hall. An alternative venue is to be sought for these dates. 

Adding a professional touch with input from a coach is also on the table so as to enhance and add further value to such sessions and details of this will be to hand in due course.
