WELLINGTON face one of their toughest games of the season when they play at home to leaders Chipping Sodbury in Division One of the Toolstation League on Saturday.
Chipping Sodbury have the same number of points as Chard but the South Somerset side have a game in hand.
"I rate them highly - they are a good side," said Wellington boss Clive Jones. "However, we only lost 1-0 up there and I thought we were very unlucky to lose.
"We have improved since then and I expect they have too."
Wellington have not played since the last Saturday before Christmas when they hammered Devizes Town 7-0 at home.
"Obviously not playing since then is frustrating, but it is the same for everyone," added Jones. "He did some training in the clubhouse last week but we will be training on the Astro-turf at Wellington School this weekend. Regardless of the numbers turning up we will play football for the entire session."
Wellington are likely to be at full strength apart from goalkeeper Mitch Woodgate who is unavailable.
Jones says he will have to find a new goalkeeper but he has "one or two irons in the fire."
Conor Bryant should be fit although he had flu and so would have missed the game at Calne on Saturday which was edventually postponed because of a waterlogged pitch.
Wellington were informed by Calne in time to avoid them making a fruitless trip.
Wellington Reserves are without a match in Division One of the Devon and Exeter League on Saturday while Wellington Thirds are home to Lyme Regis Reserves in Division Seven.
Hemycock are away to Dawlish United in Division Two.
