OLYMPIC bronze medallist Ed Ling and brother Theo, of Nynehead, made it a family double at the Home International Clay Pigeon Championships at Dungannon in Northern Ireland. Ed won the senior men’s title and Theo triumphed in the junior event. Ed’s wife Abbey finished second in a play off for the ladies title while his father Steven won silver in the veterans.

Earlier in the month Theo set a European junior record of 123 out of 125 at the European Championships in Austria. Ed finish eighth in the senior event and Abbey missed the senior ladies final by just three clays, eventually coming fourth, just off the podium.
