KINGSMEAD School’s Under 15 girls badminton team and current KS3 Somerset county champions have won the second round of the Division II local league at Court Fields.

They played against Court Fields, Castle C and Castle D and received gold medals for their efforts.  

All matches resulted in convincing wins for the Wiveliscombe school in both the singles and doubles with the girls scoring the full 36 out of 36 points and a total 72 out of 72 across both rounds.
