The first event to be held at The Pop-Up Shop, Wellington, in the spring of 2017 was a wide-ranging exhibition by Claire Western, a Wellington-based artist and art teacher.
The well-supported show was held in support of The Alzheimer’s Association and raised a considerable sum.
This spring sees another such show, when Claire is joined by Tor Townsend, another well-known Somerset artist.
Claire (pictured) said: “We decided we wanted to help a charity for the homeless and have chosen Arc, Taunton Association for the homeless. Tor and I are preparing a big collection of paintings, drawings and prints, both framed and unframed and all at studio prices.
