Children's television star to perform at Wellington dementia charity dance-a-thonThe band is made up of John Walker, Tony Woollard and Andy Bearne – and the band’s drummer, John Steel, who has taken to playing bass guitar, adding new dynamics to performances.
The ‘Pot Pourri’ concert is on Saturday, July 9, and tickets priced £6 are now available at Nurtured by Nature, South Street, or by calling 01823 667112. Matinee and evening shows will be staged with cabaret-style seating. The concert promises to offer an exciting mix of music from the band’s eclectic tastes.
The band raises money for charities every year and in the past has given to St Margaret’s Hospice, Macmillan Nursing, Alzheimer’s Association, SSAFA, Children’s Hospice South West and Cancer Research UK.
