THE In the Mix Youth Project, based in Wiveliscombe, is launching a new project aimed at 16-25-year-olds to improve their personal skills and employability.

The Core will give young people the chance to get involved in a range of activities such as photography, film, media, outdoor activities, event planning and more.

Project co-ordinator Paul Black said: “This is a really great project for young adults to learn new skills and become more employable. I am excited to start working with the group on community projects and events.”

An open evening will be held on Thursday, May 11, at the Base Youth Centre in South Street, Wiveliscombe, to provide more information and give visitors the chance to meet the team.
