OTTER Valley Ice Cream is helping the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) celebrate its 25th anniversary through the sale of Blackdown Bliss, an ice cream made especially for the occasion.

The Blackdown Hills, rich in wildlife and heritage, was designated a protected landscape in 1991.

Blackdown Bliss, a blackberry and blueberry-flavoured ice cream, is on sale from Otter Valley’s summerhouse, near Monkton.

Otter Valley Ice Cream is giving some of the profits from the sale of Blackdown Bliss to the Blackdown Hills Countryside Fund. The Fund supports local wildlife, heritage and educational projects within the AONB, helping communities to care for their local area.
