FORMER mayor of Wellington Bob Bowrah is off to London next week for a special service at St Paul’s Cathedral attended by the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh. The service next Wednesday (May 24) is for all holders of Orders of the British Empire – Bob has a BEM.
