ST MARGARET’S Hospice is asking its supporters in the Wellington area to raise money by putting the kettle on in a ‘Time for Tea’ campaign running throughout May and June.

They are being asked to invite friends and family over for tea, coffee and cake in return for a donation to the hospice. Each year St Margaret’s supports more than 3,200 people in its in-patient units in Taunton and Yeovil, and through its community teams visiting patients in their own home.

St Margaret’s needs to raise in excess of £7.5million from the local community to continue these services, ensuring that everyone who needs care and support to face a life-limiting illness receives it.
