MORE new homes are on the way in Wellington with the start of the final phase of building work at a housing development in the town.
Hundreds of houses have already been built at Persimmon Homes South West’s Jasmine Gardens scheme in Damson Crescent.
House hunters have bought the 215 properties in the first three phases, prompting the builders to start work on the final 84 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.
Nina Hester, sales and marketing director at Persimmon Homes South West, said: “We’re delighted to be pushing on with the fourth phase of work at Jasmine Gardens.
“The first three phases were exceptionally popular and we are now sold out. As before, the fourth phase will offer excellent family homes at affordable prices. We’ve got a great mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, so there is something for everyone.
“I’d urge anyone interested to come and speak to our sales advisers to ensure they secure their preferred plot.”
Jasmine Gardens is in a semi-rural location, surrounded by unspoilt countryside and buyers of the latest homes will have five house styles to choose from, all with either a single or double garage.
