The third annual Wiveliscombe and 10 Parishes Business Showcase is coming to the centre of town later this month.
The event, on Saturday, June 25, is being held in Wiveliscombe Square, the Community Centre and Jubilee Gardens.
The business showcase aims to promote local goods and services to residents and visitors, to protect and increase job opportunities in the area, and highlight the economic needs of businesses as a whole.
Spokesman Patrick Boyle said: “Previously held at Kingsmead School, which is a superb venue, we thought that this year we would move the event into the centre of town, right where the people and the many businesses are located. It is a celebration of the great local businesses that we represent.”
The Wivey Bake Off will run alongside the showcase. It is designed for adults and children to show off their baking skills to locals in the form of cakes, breads and picnic savouries.
Music and dancing will also help highlight the great artistic talent in the town and surrounding areas.
