Wessex Water has pledged to cut bills in Somerset next year. The company has revealed a series of promises to its 2.5 million customers in its business plan for 2020-2025.

Customers will receive lower bills - down six per cent - and they will stay low until at least 2025. There will also be more support for customers on low incomes and investment in services will rise.
