A couple of years ago the small area of land beside the Church Room, Hemyock, was an overgrown piece of land.  

Now, thanks to a group of volunteers, the ground has been transformed and this summer has blossomed into a pleasant garden.

A level path allows for easy wheelchair/pushchair access and a donated picnic table has been renovated, which, along with a bench, provides a  seating area.

The lawn is surrounded by shrubs and flowers with a railing alongside the road, while a door provides easy access to the Church Room.
