LANGFORD Budville Primary School has received a cheque for £345.39 from the Co-op store in Wellington towards its new reflective garden.

The school’s Parents Association FLBSA was featured as the store’s nominated charity and staff at the Co-op held a cake sale to raise the money.

Store manager and former parent and governor of the school Mark Jones is

pictured presenting the cheque to some of the children.

Head Jane Major thanked Mr Jones and said the donation would have a huge impact on plans for the garden which is soon to take shape in the school grounds.
