Somerset Co-op Community Land Trust’s 2020 annual meeting will be held online on Tuesday (June 30) at 2pm via Zoom.

The meeting will be the launch event for its new community share offer, which aims to raise funds for developments in Wiveliscombe and Taunton.

The trust recently secured an option to buy agreement on the site of a disused brewery in Wiveliscombe. Part of the funds from the share offer will go towards the purchase and initial site investigations. Architects are working on plans to create work units and affordable, eco-friendly homes.
