RESIDENTS of Lodge Close,  Wellington, took part in the World’s Biggest Coffee morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.

Staff who work for Way Ahead Care and their families baked cakes and for those who cannot eat cake knitted ones were made.

A raffle was held on the day with prizes such as a family day pass to Butlin’s, chocolate and wine donated by the

residents.

A coffee morning hamper was also donated which was raffled after the event took place. The total raised was £371.
