TRANSITION Town Wellington (TTW) is inviting local community groups and voluntary organisations to apply for a share of the latest Brendon Energy Community Fund.

Some £300 is a proportion of the income received by Brendon Energy from the solar PV installations on public buildings in the town and must be used for the community’s benefit.

Applications should be submitted by email to [email protected] no later than Monday, April 2. Applicants should give a brief description of how any grant would be used.

The decision on how the grants will be allocated will be taken at the TTW meeting on Monday, April 9.
