PARISH councillors in Oake have pruned trees alongside the route of a new pathway on the village hall site.

The pruning was carried out by council chairman Cllr Sue Davies and Cllr Ben Ballardie (pictured).
The car park was also being upgraded at the same time as construction of the new path in a project jointly funded by the shop and the hall as well as a National Lottery grant secured via the shop.
