FOURTEEN students at Court Fields School in Wellington went for a Ten Tors training day on Dartmoor on Saturday.

The weather was cold but the snow flurries forecast earlier in the week failed to materialise. Some of the students managed to complete a 15km route, including ascents of High Willhays and Yes Tor.
The next time the school goes out they will be camping overnight and carrying much bigger rucksacks containing tents, sleeping bags, stoves, food and spare clothing.
