THE work of artist David Kodritsch, who died five years ago, was exhibited at St Giles Church in Bradford-on-Tone over the weekend.

David, who lived near Wellington, loved the West Country which is depicted in many of the local scenes he created.
His subjects included rural landscapes, animals in their natural habitat alongside different species of birds.
Among his favourites were paintings and drawings of churches including West Buckland, Nynehead and St Giles.
Seaside towns were also a subject with paintings of Lyme Regis, Minehead and Watchet before the new harbour.
