Wellington to lose its former WH Smith store just five months after takeoverWellington Town Council recently heard there had been problems with dog fouling at the allotments – much to the disgust of some of the green-fingered enthusiasts.
“Another complaint of dog fouling on the allotments has been received,” said a report from the council’s allotments committee meeting held on April 29.
“It was agreed that tenants should be reminded that all dogs should be kept on a lead within the communal areas and only allowed off the lead when securely on its owner’s plot.
“Any dog mess should be removed immediately.”
