Philip Wetherell wrote the controversial book "When You Are Dying" using computer technology operated by his eye movements before he lost a three-year battle with Motor Neurone Disease last year.

His wife, Gabrielle Grace told the WWN this week: "For Philip, the knowledge that his time was suddenly limited spurred him to put down in writing his questions, thoughts and beliefs on a wide variety of issues which were important to him."
