The road from the A38 into Bradford-on-Tone at the Three Bridges junction was blocked on Wednesday afternoon due to a fallen tree.

The village could still be accessed from the A38 via the Worlds End junction.

A power line and phone cables were damaged leading the road to be closed for several hours.
