THE new Wellington branch of the charity Read Easy will hold a launch event in the town next week.

Retired journalist Alison Weekes is starting the group aimed at individuals who have trouble reading. Anyone with an interest in literacy is invited to go along to Wellington Rugby Club for a public meeting on Tuesday (June 28) at 7pm to see if they would like to be involved.
