YEAR 7 Wellington School student Freyja Shaw is trying to spread some cheer amid the Coronavirus crisis.

Freyja, 12, has started writing a nature blog to share the nice things she finds in the natural environment.

Her father Alasdair said it is for people in isolation to have something pleasant to look at and to provide ideas for things to do for people who are socially distancing.
