AIDAN Desmond Hodge, 25, of Holyoake Street, Wellington, has pleaded guilty at Taunton Magistrates’ Court to assault by beating and two counts of damaging a window. He was given a community order, ordered to do 60 hours of unpaid work and to pay £662.75 in compensation, £85 victim surcharge and £300 costs. 

n Andrew Surgeon, 67, of Saxon Close, Oake, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined £240, and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He was also given a six-month driving ban.?
