Challenging times are always around us. In relation to our health and fitness goals we always have several options when these times occur.
Imagine yourself in a small boat at sea with the bad weather overhead – what do you do? Wait for the storm to pass, see where the wind takes you or get your paddles out and steer yourself in the direction you want to be?
With everything going on it’s easy to put the health and fitness goals on the back burner and wait for the storm to pass, or you could luck-it out and see where the wind takes you.
