THE manager of Popham Court care home, Wellington has been handed a top accolade by the home's owners.

Jo Fenn was presented with the Overall Winner Award in the category of 'Outstanding Leader' at Somerset Care's annual awards ceremony at the Somerset County Cricket Ground in from of more than 180 guests.
