THE theme for Wellington & District Camera Club’s October competition was The Great Outdoors/Indoors.

Members entered pictures which either celebrated the joy of being outdoors again or the misery of being stuck indoors because of another Covid-19 lockdown.

Judge Peter Fry from Barnstaple delivered his results via Zoom and awarded the following images places or highly commended.

In the open section, the winners were: 1 ‘Home Run’ by Steve Wilcox, 2 ‘Field of Dreams’ by Diane Rowe, 3 ‘A Slow Day at the Farmers’ Market’ by Ovi Fabian, HC ‘A Very Superior Couple’ by Peter Elliston, HC ‘Culbone Church’ by Steve Wilcox, HC ‘Full Steam Ahead’ by Peter Elliston, HC ‘Summer Crop’ by Jon Peters.
