These pictures show how firefighters were called to rescue a young child with her head stuck - in a LOO seat.

Three-year-old Izabell managed to get a toilet seat stuck around her neck.

Her parents were unsuccessful in getting her out and fire crews from Taunton in Somerset were called.

On Saturday July 24 Taunton fire station received a running call to assist the parents.

Crews arrived and helped while Izabell sat quietly and watched Peppa Pig.

A white towel was placed between Izabell and the seat to prevent her from getting injured during the rescue.

A spokesman said: ’’On Saturday 24th July 2021, the crew on station had a running call to assist the parents of Izabell, aged three, to remove a child toilet seat stuck around her neck.

’’Unfortunately Mom and Dad did try at home but were unsuccessful.

Izabell sat quietly and bravely watching peppa pig while Taunton’s firefighters safely removed the seat.’’
