MONTHS of uncertainty over their jobs have come to an end for employees at a Wiveliscombe slaughterhouse.

Karro Food Group has confirmed that 93 people are to lose their jobs after the firm decided to end slaughter a butchery operations at the Sandys Moor site.

But 38 jobs are to be retained in the curing and food service sales departments.

The company is offering affected staff redeployment to another site.
