DAREDEVIL couple Mark and Alison Dewar, from Hemyock, have handed over the proceeds of a sponsored skydive to a charity which helps homeless ex-service personnel.

The couple said: “We would like to thank all the sponsors for the skydive, with special mentions for Mount Veterinary Group and West of England Developments who sponsored the fee for Tim from Arc, who joined us on the day.
“We would also like to thank Purple Surgical at Culmhead, Bulford Club, Wellington, and audience members at Lonestar Country Music West Buckland who have all donated generously towards this cause.”
Mark had previously organised a series of talks given by Australian ex-serviceman ‘Captain Krankypants’ about his personal experience with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
