BENNY and the Teds (pictured), a 60s, 70s and 80s covers band, are holding a reunion and celebrating with a grand charity evening on Saturday, October 14.

The band used to be quite a hit locally and four years ago the WWN ran a feature on them when they retired after 28 years together.

Geoff Cross said: “We always promised we would return for ‘just one more gig’. Well, this is it! We are raising money for SURE – a great local cause.”
