CHILDREN showed amazing imagination when they made Lego versions of a chocolate or sweet factory at Wellington Library.

The event was based around Roald Dahl, who has inspired this year’s Summer Reading Challenge The Big Friendly Read – this year is the 100th anniversary of the birth of the author of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
The children had great fun and their creations have been on show at the library.
Wellington Library is planning to start a Lego Club in the autumn and is looking for volunteers to help run it. Anyone interested is asked to pop in and see a member of staff.
