The ladies were most attentive and interested in the mayoralty and what part the council plays in the make-up of the democratic process, also many aspects of Wellington life.
“My thanks go to Mary Beale and Rev Philip Regan for organising the event. Tea and biscuits finished off a lovely afternoon.”
