THE mayor of Taunton Deane, Cllr Vivienne Stock-Williams, joined in with a seated exercise class when she visited WHERE at The Northfield Centre in Wellington.

Class members were impressed by how quickly she picked up a variety of movement and exercise, performed to music, led by Keep Fit Association teacher Monica Spalding.

The class is just one of many activities which take place at WHERE every week, along with its cafe and Luncheon Club.
