NEW mayor of Wellington Gary James has chosen not to take up his mayor’s allowance of £560. The money will go to five groups that work in the community: 1st Wellington Scout Group; Wellington Silver Band; WHERE; Wellington Carnival Club; and Wellington Community Centre.
