SCHOOLGIRL Megan Benson has won a national book reading competition by devouring an impressive 273 books in just two months.

Megan, 10, who goes to Webber's Primary School, Holcombe Rogus, was one of almost 100,000 pupils from more than 3,600 schools across England who signed up to take part in a 'Read for My School' competition.
