MENTAL health charity Mindline Somerset is operating its helpline throughout the Christmas holiday, including Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

A spokesman said: “We believe no-one should have to face a mental health problem alone, especially during the Christmas period, which can be particularly difficult for some.”
