THE Blackdown Hills Natural Futures project visited primary schools across the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty this summer.

Environmental education sessions designed specifically for the Blackdown Hills were held at 11 schools.
Activities include pond dipping, moth trapping and identification, bug hunts, bird and bat box making, and a series of very successful mini ‘bioblitz’ events on school grounds.
