WELLINGTON Cricket Club's overseas' player for the 2009 season, South African all-rounder Rowan Varkevisser, will be jetting into the UK on Tuesday (March 31).

He will spend a few days in London before arriving in Wellington on Saturday, April 4.

After a few days settling in and acclimatising, a social welcoming evening for Rowan is planned for Sunday, April 12 - details can be found on the club's website.
