Year 6 pupils at Beech Grove Primary School in Wellington arranged a popular Pay to Play as part of their Civic Award.

Children throughout the school bought raffle tickets to spend on games arranged by Year 6 pupils.

Ticket-holders had the chance to win certificates and prizes prepared by the youngsters.

The theme was ‘Gardening’ and £220 was raised in aid of revamping the school grounds.
