AN appeal has been lodged by Gladman Developments against Taunton Deane Council’s decision to refuse planning permission for 95 homes in Wiveliscombe.

The council last month turned down the outline application for the homes along with a public open space in a field off North Street.

Any landowner or tenant wishing to make representation about the appeal should write to The Planning Inspectorate, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Bristol BS 1 6PN by Friday, May 11.?
