Wellington – 43/20/0106: Conversion of detached garage with erection of adjoining lobby and conservatory to form granny annexe at Plot 325, 20 Tredwin Close.

Wellington Without – 44/20/0022: Change of use of agricultural land to a private burial ground on land west of Brimstone Lane.

Wiveliscombe – 49/20/0057: Erection of an agricultural building over silage store at Nunnington Park Farm, Langford Budville Road.

Wiveliscombe – 49/20/0058: Erection of roof over silage store at Nunnington Park, Langford Budville Road.

Planning Decisions

The following planning applications have been decided by Somerset West and Taunton Council.

Bishops Lydeard – 06/20/0009: Change of use of land for siting of four timber glamping pods and erection of welcome office with associated access and parking on land at Greenway Wood, South Drive. Refusal.

Bishops Lydeard – 06/20/0037/T: Application to fell one Oak tree (possibly outside TPO area) and to carry out management works to one Ash tree and two Beech trees included in Taunton Deane Borough (Bishops Lydeard No.1) Tree Preservation Order 1997 at West Lodge, Williton Road (TD704). Split decision.
